"Overall, it was a great hotel to stay at with my four and six-year-old, parts of the splash pad were not working 100% of the time, but they still had fun. The continental breakfast was not quite what we expected and we ended up going out to eat instead. They did offer cereal muffins, oatmeal, etc. and they do have a make your own waffle option. They did not have a full hot continental breakfast though. Also, the breakfast in the morning is extremely busy and it’s very hard to find seating. Beds were comfortable rooms were very clean hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"The property is very nice. The only thing I don’t like is that the facility should be open longer for older kids. The facility should also have an area for older kids because they don’t want to be quiet at 11:00 pm. Over all I like the facility and I have taken my kids and now I’m taking my grandkids."

"Had an excellent weekend get away with the family! The condo was beautiful and had everything you need. And the staff were super friendly! Great location and super close to Busch Gardens, Water Country USA and the outlets. Would highly recommend and will stay here again!"

"Just go enjoy yourself visit for 3-4 days I’ve been 5x in my life. Great experience every time. August is busy and hot! I stayed on the resort mostly. I’m 40 female and I didn’t care to do much. I dishes and feed the turtles and that made me happy! I enjoyed myself! No issues on my trip!"
