A Room Off Broadway, a prime downtown hideaway

Be one of the first to stay in this newly available, private, cottage-like unit located on the main level in the rear of a beautiful restored Victorian home. Situated in the historic district of downtown, it’s a one block stroll to many shops, restaurants and attractions of Bardstown. Offering a private entrance off a covered patio, perfect for enjoying afternoon cocktails and morning coffee. It’s spacious, newly renovated, and very tastefully decorated. Everything you need. Perfect for couples!
The space
This space will provide you the luxury of staying in a home with the privacy of a hotel. Amenities include: free wifi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 76" screen TV, private bath, washer/dryer, self-controlled AC/heat, hairdryer, iron, bidet, private entrance, free street/private parking and a large private back porch for guests. AND, if you forget something, just text me and I'll be happy to accommodate you with the forgotten item.
Guest access
You'll have a private bathroom, laundry area, and back porch and of course room. You may see a neighbor in their yard or myself coming in from the grocery, but your stay will be as private as YOU choose. Your room has keyless entry to make it even more private. Street parking is available, or park in the rear of the residence if that works better for you.
Other things to note
I absolutely love living in downtown Bardstown. The convenience of walking downtown to shop or eat never gets old. I've lived in Nelson County most my life and I hope you enjoy your visit as much as I love living here!

Everything we needed and more
We stayed four nights in this lovely room. For a single room, it was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had amenities that made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We met Amelia and she was so kind and helpful, giving us food recommendations and checking on our needs. The location is perfect for walking through Bardstown, as well as easy access to leave tiwn on excursions. Would higly recommend and seek to rebook if in the area again.

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything about the property was lovely and super clean. Amy took the time to make sure we would have everything we needed for our time in Bardstown. There was bottled water in fridge and a bag of ice in the freezer as well as plenty of coffee and snacks. However our favorite part of the property was the back porch. My husband and I sat out there every morning and evening enjoying coffee or a cocktail. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Bardstown!

Hidden gem in Bardstown
Overall best stay in Kentucky. We stayed at several other VRBOs around Lexington and Louisville. This one suited our personalities. Everything is within a short walking distance. Easy to get to location. Host thought of several amenities, like coffee cups, umbrellas,

Beautiful accommodations, peaceful and private.
This is beautiful property and Amelia is a great host. She has thought of everything and anything you might need during your stay. Water in the fridge, Keurig coffee, fruit, snack bars, etc.. I have already recommended this to my friends and if we ever go back to Bardstown we would definitely plan our trip around the availability of this property. Bardstown is great and their is great shopping, restaurants, a brew pub, and history. I highly recommend this property.

Great room!
We had a great stay! The room is a little small, but we weren't there to stay in our room. It was wonderfully located, the host was very friendly and helpful, and there were snacks and water! The bed was really comfortable and it was extremely clean! I'd happily stay again if we're ever back in the area!

Wonderful!!
Amy was great! The location was close to the Distilleries and town, yet far enough away to have privacy. My husband and I totally enjoyed the back porch. The room had everything you could possibly need! It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Our room was everything that we wanted and more. The proximity to all the shops and restaurants can't be beat. The bed and the bedding made me not want to leave that bed ever. Very clean, cozy and welcoming. We will be back.
