"I believe shops were near by but I didn’t need to go shopping, I gave cleanliness 3stars I believe it could improve especially under furniture I.e under the bed. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay, it was quiet, safe, I was sent clear instructions of how to the property safely, it serves its purpose! I will definitely stay again in the future. "

"On a glance a really lovely property, however little things such as stains in the carpets, towels on the dryer had makeup from previous guests, broken items such as the toilet seat- still useable however just inconvenient. Overall the property serves its purpose with nice decoration, and a lovely kitchen."

"The place was good and the on site staff were helpful but the overall experience from Hotels.com was terrible and made the whole trip unpleasant. The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. "A great stay . perfect central location. Surprisingly good choice at breakfast. My only slight negative is that on hotels.com website I understood the parking was at he hotel , but was at a local q park. More finding places in a busy city and not able to easily go back to car to leave or collect things although a few mins parking by hotel ok for main luggage.Costly parking too despite discount ,Would however go agaon as otherwise perfect"

"Ideally situated just a short stroll to the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. I got an upgrade to a suite, such a treat, it was just a shame that I didn’t have more time to make the most of it. I’ll definitely return next time I’m up in Leeds. "

"Beautiful hotel, lovely decoration, very comfortable beds and room, lovely bathroom and shower. Staff very welcoming from the second we arrived and also in the bar area that we visited that evening briefly. Would highly recommend. It is a great location near the train station so it is also very close to everything in the city centre."
