"A short winter visit. Chose a small room, which was basic but more than suitable for our needs, no issues with cleanliness. Room got cleaned everyday. Shower worked well, no issues with hot water. AirCon available but didn't use. Radiators could be turned off, room would be hot with them left on, we had no issues with temperature. TV with remote in the room. You could hear other rooms but everything seemed to go silent around 10pm. Found the owners & staff friendly, the hotel felt like a home from home but I do speak Italian. The owners live on site and are always around to help. Optional evening meal was excellent. Optional breakfast was adequate & typically continental. Style of hotel was very much a mountain chalet. Log fire in communal area with a bar. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning. "

"This hotel was a hiden gem. Beautiful small town, seems to have lots of history. In addition our stay had excellent breakfast and access to a wonderful spa. We found a great restaurant near by with an amazing dinner menu. Our room was great."

"My husband and I had an amazing time! The owner and the staff were super friendly and made us feel at home! They took wonderful care of us and gave us two days which we will never forget! Super easy going, responsive, great authentic dinner prepared with love, clean room with character, Mountain View, new clean bathroom appliances and all this in a beautiful little town in the mountains! "We very much enjoyed the quiet solitude of this magical spot perched up high on the mountain side. It was delightful to spend our days exploring the busy Ligurian coast and return to the peace and beauty of the mountains. The local restaurant was great and only a 5 minute drive away. The host, Silvanna, was gracious and easy to communicate with. The property was clean and well supplied. The apartment appeared small at first but the space is so well used that there was more than enough room for our family of 5. The kids loved their space at the top of the tower!! Drives to Chiavari, Lavagna, Rapallo, and Sestri Levante are short so this spot makes a great central location to use as a base to explore this beautiful part of Italy."
