In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 200 m, bus stop 150 m, bathing lake "Barcis" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, walking paths from the house 1 km, cycle lane 1 km. Nearby attractions: Parco Naturale Dolomiti Friulane, Riserva Naturale Forra del Cellina. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Piancavallo 15 km.
