on the 3 rd floor of a small building typical of the valley in a pedestrian street On the church square with open view facing south west / north is very close to the stop of the free shuttles leading to the stations. Large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets This small town of 1100 inhabitants is typical of the Alps of Haute Provence with numerous small shops. Animations during the summer like the Mexican festivals. The pleasantly decorated apartment is warm and includes all the functionalities of home. It also has an internet box.

Excellent séjour à Barcelonnette dans cet appartement idealement placé au coeur de la ville sur na place de l'église, très calme au dernier étage malgré les restaurants et commerces à proximité. Appartement très bien équipé à tout point de vue. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Casa ben fornita, efficiente e carina. Il proprietario pur non essendoci è risultato sempre premuroso e pronto a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. Peccato che occorre fare 60 gradini per entrare nell'appartamento e che non era indicato che non venivano fornite lenzuola ed asciugamani.

Appartement en duplex charmant, très fonctionnel et idéalement placé, à la fois pour découvrir Barcelonnette et pour utiliser les navettes pour aller skier. Nous avions une voiture 9 places que nous avons toujours pu garer. Hôte très arrangeant. Attention si vous avez des problèmes articulatoires (ce qui n'est pas notre cas) il y a de nombreux escaliers pour parvenir à l'appartement. Mais nous avions deux enfants en bas âge et nous avons pu nous débrouiller aisément. Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelonnette dans l'appartement d'Alain. Le logement est très bien placé, au calme, fonctionnel avec tout à disposition ! Séjour agréable, appartement bien meublé, atypique sous les toits en centre ville. Tenir compte des escaliers à monter après les rando😉. Le plus : les deux salles de bains, pratique en famille avec des ados. Très bon contact.

Très agréable séjour, bon rapport qualité-prix l'appartement est confortable et bien situé. Seul inconvénient, le frigidaire est un peu petit pour une famille de 5 personnes.

Appartement où il ne manque rien (ça va de la cuisine équipée à l'électroménager, en passant par la vaisselle et la literie, tout est nickel) - Refait à neuf, très propre, très agréable, calme et très bien situé (centre piétonnier de Barcelonnette), aussi bien pour l'été comme pour l'hiver (proche des stations, avec navettes, de Pra Loup, le Sauze...), beaucoup de balades à faire dans les environs (cols, plans d'eau...) Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, très à l'écoute (a même pris de nos nouvelles durant notre séjour), très sérieux (dommage qu'on ne l'ait pas rencontré). Sincèrement rien à reprocher. Nous recommandons à 200 %. Nous avons passé des vacances plus que parfaites.

Tout d'abord, un très bon contact avec le propriétaire que ce soit par téléphone ou par mail. Appartement très agréable et confortable, rien ne manque, on s'y sent tout de suite très bien, situé dans le centre du village à proximité de tous les commerces. N'hésitez pas à venir découvrir cette magnifique vallée.... vous ne serez pas déçus ... Je recommande cette adresse conviviale

Appartement très chaleureux situé en plein centre de Barcelonnette. Très confortable et bien équipé ! Rien à voir avec les appartements loués en station type cage à lapins Petit bémol : cet appartement se trouve juste au-dessus d’un restaurant Mexicain (très bonne adresse). Odeurs assez tenaces à midi et le soir, il faut donc gérer les ouvertures et fermetures des fenêtres !
