Large terrace, well equipped for the beautiful season. Cottage very well equipped, with all the comfort and all household appliances.
Chalet 7 km from Pra-Loup resorts or Sauze-Super-Sauze for winter activities and 10 minutes walk from the center of Barcelonnette. Perfect location for skiers and non skiers. In summer, many activities are proposed nearby very close. Golf next door.

le chalet est bien agencé , également situé au calme à 1,2 km du centre ville et des commerces.

Barcelonnette est située au centre de l'Ubaye . Nous avons visité partout en voiture mais aussi en rando. Le lac d'Allos est superbe ainsi que la route du col de la Cayolle.D'autre part les marmottes du lac de Lauzanier sont sympas et nombreuses.Et j'en passe ( Haute Ubaye ...). Bref , magnifique région pour un séjour de 10 jours...

C’est la deuxième année que nous revenons dans cette maison. Très bien équipée. Calme. Emplacement proche du centre ville. Je recommande.

Semaine à Barcelonnette

Très bon sejour d'une semaine durant lequel nous avons pu apprécier l'accueil et le confort proposé par nos hôtes. Logement tenu impeccablement et proche de toutes les commodités en bénéficiant de très jolies vues sur la montagne et du calme recherché pour une semaine de vacances.

Top fietsweek gehad!

Mooie locatie om een weekje heerlijk te fietsen in het hooggebergte. Vakantiehuis was netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. In- en uitchecken, alles op tijd en volgens afspraak.

Magnifique semaine !

Le gîte est particulièrement confortable et très adapté à la vie en groupe ! Les skieurs ont apprécié la proximité de plusieurs stations et les non-skieurs ont pu se détendre, se promener dans Barcelonnette sans nécessité de voiture car une promenade permet de rallier le centre ville ! Les navettes gratuites vers les stations ont également permis de nous retrouver pour déjeuner en station. Le lieu a offert à chacun les vacances de son choix ! Merci

Très beau séjour

C'est exactement le logement que nous recherchions. Il est spacieux, très bien équipé, et confortable. Les personnes qui nous ont accueillis et qui ont fait l'état des lieux à la sortie étaient vraiment aimables et bienveillants.

Un joli chalet bien équipé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli chalet très bien équipé. De nombreux rangements pratiques A part un problème d'évacuation des sanitaires tout est parfait 👍 Idéalement placé entre Le Sauze et Praloup à Barcelonnette. Nous recommandons!

Superbe location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location a un très bon emplacement pour aller skier. Très bien équipée pour une grande fa comme nous. Le dortoir est parfait. Je recommande cette location. Propriétaire réactive et l'accueil au top.

très belle maison de vacanes

très bien située, dans un endroit calme, avec une vue superbe de la terrasse. location très bien équipée. convient parfaitement pour une famille de 4 à 5 personnes, mais pas plus à notre avis car très peu de rangements disponibles et seulement 3 places dans le salon. mais comme nous n'étions que 3, c'était parfait :-)

Super adresse

Le chalet est super avec tout le confort. A 15mins de la station avec la navette qui passe au bout de la rue. Geraldine a été très arrageante avec les risques de Covid, nous avons vraiment apprécié.

Expérience plutôt pas bien dans l'ensemble, manque un peu d'hygiène a notre arrivé, couverture qui d'été mauvais, poussière, toile d'araignée... A part ca très beau chalet près de tout et bien équipé.

Superbe séjour en Ubaye

Tout est fait pour votre séjour soit réussi: depuis la réservation à l état des lieux de sortie. Une maison à quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville, très bien agencée, un étage dans notre cas pour les enfants et nous parents dans la chambre du rez de chaussée avec sa propre salle de douche et sa vue imprenable sur le chapeau de gendarme (randonnée à faire) Il ne manque rien dans la cuisine et la terrasse baignée de soleil est parfaite! Juste un regret: ne pas savoir encore quand nous reviendrons. Celine et François

Génial !

Appartement en parfait état, conforme aux photos présentées dans l'annonce. Le logement possède tout le confort et tous les équipements. Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme et non loin des commerces. Possibilités de balades à pieds, et nombreuses activités dans un petit périmètre. Nous y avons passé de super vacances NOUS VOUS LE RECOMMAND ONS !!!!
