Description of the apartment -
· Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a glass-enclosed balcony on the 5th floor of an 100-year-old Art Nouveau building, renovated outside and inside. The floors are still the original colorful mosaic, and the ceilings are 9 feet high. There is an elevator, air conditioning, central heating, and a full kitchen with granite countertop, pots & pans, dishes, etc. One full bathroom with toilet, sink, and half-tub with shower. The living room has a dining table and chairs, a sofa, a 21-inch TV, You can see the tips of La Sagrada Familia from the enclosed balcony.
The apartment fits one to four although an occupancy of three-maximum four would be the ideal for the size.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

A Great Place to Stay

The apartment was very comfortable and cute, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent and convenient for walking to all the local culture and attractions (even for two seniors in their seventies) with two teen-aged granddaughters).

Barcelona stay

This spot is in an amazing location. The inside could use some renovations and the bathroom is small, but we had a good stay. The balconies are beautiful as well. Overall, I would recommend this spot.

The accommodation was exactly as described and the AC was very welcome seeing as how Barcelona gets hot during the summer. The communication was always fast and prompt and the check in process was as described. All in all very good and would book again.

The location is amazing and the host was very helpful and answered any of my questions, before, during and after. Check in was great since we got off our cruise ship and she allowed us to leave our bags in the office, this was a huge benefit. Very good communicator.

Nice experience

Very good apartment, well located, nice bedrooms super clean, there is no problems with keys and stuff only codes to access the building and the room which makes it easier when you travel with few people, i recommand it to anyone who wants to come to barcelona

Property is in an excellent location. A bit too noisy because it is in a main street. It helps that the apartment itself faces the courtyard to the side but street noise is still a bit loud. Bathroom is very small and smelled like urine when we arrived. Couch is not very comfortable. Dated decor.

Great location but loud

We had a wonderful time at this location. It was centrally located with tons of restaurants and cafes close by. The only problem was how loud it was. Which can be handled with ear plugs that are available at the cute little store across the street. Lilianna was great and the whole team was responsive. We would stay there again.

It was close to everything. We walked everywhere. Tube station is also really close by. Lots of eating places around. The flat itself was clean and really cute! Perfect for the two of us.

Great location/walk to Sargrada Familia Basilica

Barcelona is beautiful city and staying at this location made it so much easier to walk to many of the sights. The check in was seamless, the place was clean, it had a charming balcony to drink coffee and enjoy the beautiful view, as well as the nearby streets had plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our host Liliana answered all our questions and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend staying at this lovely VRBO. Gracias!

Great location

We were just a few blocks from the Sagrada Familia and could see it from the rooftop lit up at night. The place could use better towels and linens. Hot water and water pressure was great.

Three location was good. There were good restaurants and bars in the area. The online pictures show a bright living space. We found it darker than depicted although that did not affect the stay.

Apartment worked well for 2 people. Spacious overall except the bathroom and kitchen are very small. Tiled floors looked original--which I grew to appreciate. Has a safe for valuables. Loved the location with easy walking to sights (as well as to metro/bus). Loved the enclosed balcony which had a bit of view of the Sagrada Familia. Balcony had windows that open for fresh air. Rooftop terrace is very nice. Great to have an elevator and easy self check-in!

Great apartment in great location

Great communication with owner. The self check in (and out) process made it easy.The apartment is in a really good location - whilst away from the central most "touristy" bits this is actually a plus. Lovely to be so close to the Segrada Famillia though! We walked to and from the centre of town a few times, but for sights further away we either got the Metro (station is close) or the circular tourist bus (slightly further but still easily walkable).The apartment itself was great for the two of us (sisters). In the few times we had some quiet moments in the apartment, when not sightseeing or eating out, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony or just by the open window in the lounge.The bathroom is tiny (larger guests may find it a bit tight) but the shower was hot and powerful.The kitchen is small but reasonably well equipped and perfectly fine for those who will be primarily be eating out.The lounge has the lovely window to open but only has a settee for 2 people, so if there were 4 guests then some would have to sit on the dining chairs.Bedrooms nice and clean and beds were comfy. The bedrooms could do with a mirror for getting ready (as only one bathroom) but that is really a minor complaint.Overally would highly recommend this and would choose to stay here again if came back to Barcelona.
