You will stay in this unique home, that has been tastefully renovated with an up to date style & modern design, whilst maintaining the beautiful original features & modernist details such as beamed high ceilings & exposed brickwork.

Surrounded by cafes, local stores, bakeries & great supermarkets. There is nearby parking and excellent public transport directly to the airport & the centre of the city.

Comfortably sleeping 6 people, this three bedroom & two bathrooms house is fully equipped & a great base from which to discover Barcelona and is ideal for sharing families, colleagues or friends.

You will have exclusive full access to the house during your stay and includes the following:

The Lounge / Diner
An inviting lounge area with a comfy sofa, coffee table, mood lighting and plenty of guides to ensure you make the most of your stay. A SMART flat screen TV with Netflix and internet access ensures you can enjoy your favourite series during your stay.

We can also offer International TV should you require it.

The dining table seats 6 people and is a great space to dine together, there is a super bakery, local fresh food market & supermarket nearby, if you wish to cook & prepare food at home. The kitchen area has all the amenities you will need, a hob, cooker, Coffee machine, fridge freezer, electric kettle & toaster. All glass wear and crockery so you can entertain at home. There is also a washing machine for your convenience during you stay & fresh air dryer racks.

Open stairs lead to the first floor.

Master Bedroom (Sleeps 2)
The Stylish Master is light & spacious. The bed is 150 x 200 and special attention has been paid to the quality of the bedding and pillows so that you can feel relaxed & enjoy a good nights rest. There is plenty of hanging space for your belongings, bedside lighting, a wardrobe and night stands.

Bathroom One
A modern fully tiled bathroom, with hand basin, mirror, LED lighting, vanity cabinet, WC & walk in Shower. Fresh White towels, Shower gel & a hairdryer are supplied so that you can pack light.

Bedroom Two (Sleeps 2)
Light and spacious, this twin bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds, night stand and clothes rail for your belongings. Quality bedding and comfortable mattresses ensure a good nights sleep.

Bedroom Three (Sleep 2)
Accessed by a ladder, the third bedroom has a double mattress and nestled in the loft area of the house, There is a small lamp and has the same quality bedding and linens. We do not recommend this as a sleeping area for young children or more senior guests. Buts its ideal for young adults and teenagers as a fun, but unusual sleeping area.

Bathroom Two
A modern fully tiled bathroom, with hand basin, mirror, LED lighting, vanity cabinet, WC & walk in Shower. Fresh White towels, Shower gel & a hairdryer are supplied so that you can pack light.

We provide all our guests with white fresh fluffy towels, White cotton bed linen, a hairdryer & shower gel for your stay.

We can also provide baby items such as a crib, stroller, baby bath etc for a small charge if you are travelling with little ones, just ask us upon booking.

We can also offer Weekly / Ad Hoc cleaning for your comfort.

To the northeast of Barcelona centre lies this unique neighbourhood. With a long and rich history, still visible in its architecture, staying in Horta means preserving the essence of quiet residential living. Both, away from Barcelona noisiest area and just a few steps away from the very city centre.

Historically, in Horta – Guinardó the upper bourgeoisie of Barcelona resided, especially during the summer months. Some of the farmhouses from medieval times are still preserved, such as Can Fargas or Can Cortada. A neighbourhood that experienced great growth and is currently very well connected by metro and bus to both the centre of Barcelona and the main points of interest such as Barceloneta beach or the Sagrada Familia.

The neighbourhood is full of family houses, narrow streets, parks and country houses, living away from the hustle and bustle of the very city centre.

One of the singularities of these Horta neighborhood is their relationship with art. The 1987 work Los Mistos, by Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen, a huge large matchbox lying on the ground with one of them lit, is representative of this area. Also, inside it has the oldest park in Barcelona, ​​the Labyrinth of Horta. Considered the garden of love, since when entering the maze you find the figure of Cupid and his arrows of love.
