SHORT INTRODUCTION
Set in an architectural prize-winning building, this modern Barcelona apartment beauty has impressive detail throughout. Ceiling-to-floor sloped windows, wood floor and other soft designer textures accentuate this spectacular space. It is cozy and welcoming but with a very hip, urban edge.

Design enthusiasts and those looking for that modern Barcelona feel will love the apartment. However, high-comfort and proximity to the Sagrada Familia suits all tastes.

NEIGHBORHOOD AND LOCATION

The apartment sits in a sought-after, historic neighbourhood. The Sagrada Familia cathedral, Barcelona's defining monument, is literally a few streets away. Eixample Dreta district is famed for its buildings with grand, balconied façades and it's full of shops, bars and restaurants.

In just a short stroll through these beautiful streets you will arrive right at the centre, the fashionable Passeig de Gracia, Ramblas boulevard, Plaza Catalunya and all of Barcelona's popular attractions. Nearby metro station: Tetuan (L2, purple line), Monumental (L2, purple line), Girona (L4, yellow line).

LIVING AREA

In the bright and spacious open lounge there is 1 sleeper sofa, a giant floor lamp, a modern cabinet, an audio-visual station and lots of light from its huge sunny windows. A dining suite consists of a table and seating for 5.

BED AND BATHROOM

The master bedroom has 1 designer queen size bed, night-tables, lamps and closet space. A second bedroom has 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and lots of natural light. In the lounge, the sofa is converted into 1 double bed.
The complete bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

KITCHEN

Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the cool kitchen is also equipped with: Refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, hob stove and oven, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle and coffee machine. The bar counter with barstools overlooks the street and is an extra space to dine and socialize.

This apartment also includes:

Hot/cold air conditioning, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing equipment TV/DVD/CD, double glazing, modern security system with interphone, bed linens and towels are provided, babycot and baby chair available.

Nice but small

Apartment is very nice but a little too small for 4 people. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything, very convenient. Public parking recommend by the host, not too far, not too expensive. Host very accommodating, very friendly and nice. We had a great time.

Great stay

Great location and Jose was very helpful. He gave us recommendations on restaurants, overview of getting around Barcelona, and even helped arrange taxi service to get to the airport. Apartment had everything we needed and then some things we didn't expect.

A wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was clean, bright and comfortable and also a great location for a week of walking through this beautiful city. Jose met us at the apartment and was very helpful with maps and information. We highly recommend staying here!

I spent several days in this apartment with my daughter. The location is excellent. Jose was wonderful with his recommendations. There are various restaurants located within a block of the apartment. Tourist destinations are close to the apartment.

Couldn’t be better. Lovely neighborhood close to everything. Clean, safe, relatively quiet. Everything you need within a short walk: grocery store, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, metro. Jose super helpful host makes everything easy.

Barcelona Stayover

We spent 2 days in the city after a cruise and before returning to Canada. The apartment was very cozy and the location was perfect. Many restaurants, cafes and stores all within walking distance. This property was clean and centrally located. You can walk to many of the turist attractions from there. Restaurants and Grocery stores just around the corner. José was great to work with. He was quick to answer the phone when needed. He even came in early on our last day to help us get a cab. Highly recommend it..Gracias José

Great property with access to the heart of Barcelona

We were very pleased with this property, well laid out and spacious for our family of four, with great access to key streets, parking, metro, bus and close proximity to important Barcelona attractions. Calm authentic family neighborhood convenient to everything with an excellent host

Jose was very communicative, his apartment was very well maintained with everything we needed, and the location was convenient to public transit. But most impactful for our family was experiencing a real neighborhood feel there. My children loved the view from the breakfast bar of the courtyard, there were walkable grocery stores and playgrounds, and we were able to slow down and relax some in this location. Jose gave us a great orientation to the area, and his place was perfect for a stay of a few days. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay in Barcelona

A friend and I stayed at Jose's apartment for 3 nights. He greeted us at the apartment entrance, pointed out the nearby grocery store and ATM, and gave us a ton of great info about the city. I especially liked how the apartment was in a quiet, clean area of Barcelona, but near the action so we could easily get out and party. I'd definitely stay here again! Thanks Jose.

Wonderful stay at an ideal location

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host was extremely helpful. He communicated with me beforehand, answering all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. He was waiting for us outside the apartment when we arrived and took time to provide us with maps and information on the area. We enjoyed staying in this quiet residential neighborhood with train stations and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this apartment.

Jose is a wonderful host. He met us upon arrival, and gave us valuable information about the neighborhood and tourist sites in general. The apartment is quiet and overlooks a playground, which was fun to observe. The neighborhood is safe with several excellent restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Barcelona is crowded with tourists, and this location is a welcome respite from the craziness of the main thoroughfares.

Perfect location for our stay in Barcelona

We had a very nice time in the flat and in Barcelona. It is very well located. We could visit a lot of places either taking the subway or going by walk. The flat is fully furnished and was very comfortable for the 3 of us. We have a 2 years daughter, and she really enjoyed the children area close to the building and the sight on the school and children from the flat. The owner was also very friendly and gave us a lot of very usefull advices. We fully recommend this place to visit Barcelona.

Loved this cute flat!

This cute little flat is perfectly placed for all things Barcelona! Close to all of the main tourist attractions (Sigrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Gothic Quarter, Beaches, Las Ramblas) as well as transportation we were very pleased with Jose's flat for our vacation. Jose is an excellent host who greeted us and provided excellent suggestions for dining, shopping as well as how to get to Camp Nou and the train station. We would love to visit Barcelona again and Jose's flat would be exactly where we would stay.
