Apartment description - 5 double-bedroom newly renovated apartment with 2 full bathrooms. All bathrooms are accessible from hallway (no need to cross a bedroom). First bathroom has a sink, bathtub with a shower, and toilet. The other one has a shower, sink and toilet.
All 5 bedrooms are private, and are double.
For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, living and dining room.
Equipment - SAFE box.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.
Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia and Passeig de Gracia shopping.
Nearby services - There are small grocers at a very short distance, supermarkets nearby, and the neighborhood market just 200m away.
Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi.
Accessibility - 6 floors above street level. Elevator
Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in one of the rooms, which face the facade. The rest of bedrooms and living area have no street noise.
**IMPORTANT - There is a strict requirement that at least 2-3 guests over 30yo MUST accompany the group if the group is under 30yo age limit.
There are no age limits for FAMILY GROUPS WITH KIDS. Families with kids are welcome without any exceptions. We have baby cot(s) and high chair(s) at no extra cost.**
We kindly remind you that parties of any kind (stag, hen, bachelor etc...) are not allowed in the apartment. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
Occupancy - The apartment can sleep up to 10 people, all in beds. But ideal occupancy would be 8 people.
Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.
