Apartment Description

Beautiful, recently renovated 50-square-meter apartment for couples or families (up to 4 people). Located in the heart of the city’s trendiest neighborhood, El Borne (in Ciutat Vella, or the Old Town, Barcelona’s historic center). Just steps from the Picasso Museum and the beautiful Santa María del Mar Cathedral, and just a few minutes’ walk from Las Ramblas and the beach. Located on the first floor of a building without an elevator and with narrow stairs.

The Space

We do our best to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is always cleaned before your arrival, and everything is set up and prepared for your stay. However, we do not provide typical hotel services such as breakfast, room service, airport pickup, etc. Please also do not expect basic supplies such as coffee, sugar, salt, and oil. However, you will find a couple of rolls of toilet paper, all cutlery and tableware, a coffee maker, a microwave, bed linens, and towels.

House Rules:

🚫 No groups under 25 years old – We want to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests. Families are very welcome!

🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.

Check-in Fees:

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible.

🕗 After 8:00 PM – €40 late arrival fee
🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee
📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee

Tourist Tax in Barcelona:

🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
💵 This tax is payable upon arrival and may be subject to change based on government decisions.
