Perfect space, centrally located!

Clean, spacious & great hosts! There were 5 of us with a lot of luggage and they were so accommodating! It was very comfortable with easy access and everything we needed within a few blocks!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was great - just a short walk to tons of restaurants and shops and the metro station! The staff was great and super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great quick stay in Barcelona

Location was great. Just a quick walk to plaza Barcelona and not too far to the gothic quarter. Very spacious nice apartment for the family.

Great family-friendly stay!

Had a wonderful trip to your apartment. The place was clean and the check-in process was extremely easy. The location is very close to great cafes, pubs and restaurants. They accommodated a baby bed for our 1-year old as well. It was very quiet and relaxed. Would highly recommend.

Great Location

Our first time in Barcelona. Family and significant others totalling a group of 8. Location was a close walk to transit and Metro. We ate at restaurants and bars all within 19 minutes walk. Very safe. Relatively quiet for its central location.

Eixample in Barcelona

The journey was very nice, the Location in Eixample is safe and quiet nice to visit Barcelona. The appartment really comfortable for 8 people. Please not it can be noisy during the night because of the cars in the street Just to keep in mind that the subway/metro stations are not very close from the appartement (around 10-15 min) if you are with older people.

Property management was wonderful to work with. Very attentive, quick and helpful. Property was very nice, clean, comfortable beds. True to pictures. Apartment is on a busy street and can be noisy at night. Used earplugs and had no problem. Staying out late is the Spain culture! Would book again!

It was a comfortable stay for a party of 8. Only complaints after a long day of walking are coming home to a shower with low water pressure (water sprinkles out) and a blow dryer that didn’t work well. Beds were comfortable and having a washing machine and dryer were an added bonus.

Barcelona Respite

The apartment was lovely. Just as advertised. Clean, modern, and well equipped. Air conditioning worked great. Having anpartment manager on site to answer questions about getting around, grocery stores, and ordering taxis for our large group made our stay so much easier. Also it was especially nice to have washer and dryer and elevator!

Fantastic stay!

Location is absolutely fantastic. Very safe and clean area - away from the crowds but still walking distance to major attractions. Unit itself is very large, well lit, great ACs, nice family room area and working kitchen / laundry (including a dryer which is unusual in Europe). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the unit. Hosts were very responsive and kind. We were a family of seven (five children under 12) and had plenty of space.

Great Apartment Great Location

We were a party of seven with 5 adults and 2 children of all ages. A very accommodating and welcoming staff. The apartment was comfortable for all and there is an elevator for convenience. Nice little coffee shop downstairs too. Not far from many sites and very easy to get taxi service. Had a lovely time. Would do it again.

Wonderful apartment

We had a great time in Barcelona. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Check in and out was easy, staff very professional and kind. The apartment was spacious, we spent most of our time at the apartment on the outside patio adjacent to the kitchen, it was lovely. We also enjoyed the community rooftop deck, we had it to ourselves when we used it! The location was good, near many restaurants and small markets. It wasn’t far from some of the sites too. We would definitely stay here again!

PROPERTY WAS PERFECT

This property was in central Barcelona, near everything and working with the property manager was not only very nice but they were extremely helpful on multiple occasions during our three day stay! The property was extremely clean, very comfortable and offered everything we needed or even wanted including a washer AND dryer and WIFI (six items connected, no problems encountered). Access to many Restaurants offering many choices of foods was very nice as they were all within a 2 minute walk. Would recommend staying here to all.

Everything about the apartment was terrific. Note that sounds/noise really travels in the building, and they really try to keep it quiet. If someone is loud in a nearby unit, you will hear it or if you are loud others will hear it.

6 adults stayed twice at the beginning and end of our trip. First we stayed in 3B...we were very pleased with everything. The office managers kept our lunch for no extra charge in the office until check in time also recommended a transportation setvice for us. Second time we stayed on 2B...same great layout but in need of touch up paint and a screwdriver to bring it up to the standard of 3b. Office staff again were very helpful in keeping our luggage. Would definitely recoolmmend this place.

Lovely Barcelona Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was extremely clean and in a great location…walking distance to Casa Batllo and Casa Mila as well as main shopping area in Barcelona. Communication from management was great. They gave very detailed instructions regarding check in, check out and info about apartment. If I had to nitpick, the water pressure in the shower could be stronger but not a big deal. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends. Do not hesitate to book.

Nice clean apartment

Apartment is very bright and clean. All rooms are spacious and have lots of closet space. Love the balcony and the back patio. Only complaint is that the both showers has very low pressure and the water temperature goes from very hot to cold on its own. Makes showering very difficult.

Suite 3B

The suite was very clean, and modern. Contained all required kitchen utensils' and appliance, including a dish washer (a bonus). As we had been traveling for several weeks it was nice to have a washer and dryer available in the suite to use. Air conditioning worked great as the temparture was in the +30 range for our stay. the only downside was the beds could have being more comfortable. location was great.
