The apartment has a kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms and has air conditioning, heating, free high-speed WIFI internet, television. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, a hob, a dishwasher and a microwave. Towels, sheets and a hairdryer are included.

Central apartment located at the border of Gracia and Eixample districts. The apartment is a few metres from Diagonal Avenue and Paseo de Gracia. It has the good things from each neighbourhood. Thus, in the Gracia district, it has a calm, relaxed and bohemian lifestyle with its numerous restaurants from around the world, its tapas bars... and the Eixample district has the most elegant part, with the shops of Paseo de Gracia, the magnificent modernist houses by Gaudí "La Pedrera" and "Casa Batlló". Moreover, the apartment is only 10 minutes walking from the historic centre of Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya and the Gothic quarter).

I came with 4 kids for a long stay. The location is absolutely perfect for walking easily to so many things. The property manager was very prompt when I asked about more blankets and towels. This property does need some love and attention. A coat of paint and a new washing machine with directions would help it’s rating. We did not use the washer as it appeared to be broken. Like I mentioned this location was absolutely perfect and I would stay here again just for the location.

Bien situé, dans un quartier sympa, l'appartement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, notamment la fenêtre de la chambre donnant dans la rue (très mal isolée du froid et bruit). La pièce pour manger est petite. Mais nous avons tout de même apprécié notre séjour.

The apartment was great for exactly our needs: 1 adult and 3 young adults (teens) who want to be in a fun and lovely part of the city. With small effort and expense the place and experience could be much improved. Kitchen: There is no counter space in the kitchen so maybe a dish drying rack that hangs over the sink or can be folded up when not using. Better and more pan and knife options. I had to buy my own bread knife. New microwave to replace the very old one that no longer has any the markings indicating settings. Fix or replace the old and broken baseboards that kept falling open. Bathroom: Add some hooks for hanging towels. There is NO room to put room to put anything in one bathroom at least. Same for soap dishes in the shower. One shower has a very fancy faucet system that gives the option to have water shooting out from sides as well as top and handheld. This might be cool in an enclosed shower but this one is tiny and only has a flimsy curtain that barely holds in the top shower water. The side spouts don’t work at all so get rid of that system, make more room for something more useful like a place to put your soaps and conditioners. Light switches: they are many all over the place. Most work but there are light fixtures that have no bulbs or nonfunctional bulbs or are not functional. A smaller picture that exposes the very useful switch to the patio light would be easy and nicer. We lost out on light on patio because we could find switch for first two nights. Add some led lights too. General: could be cleaner, could use nicer bed sheets. Could use a welcome book that explains things a bit.
