It consists of a large living - dining room, with an open kitchen, and a space with a double bed. It also has a second bedroom with 2 single beds. The apartment has large wardrobes and storage space, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower.

The living room has a comfortable sofa and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge and hob, as well as an integrated dishwasher.

The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival. It also has air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.

Our Reception is located on Aribau Street 228. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00. Self check-in with your mobile phone from 15.00

Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

The apartment does not accept group bookings or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
