Welcome to this modern 1-bedroom apartment, ideal for a seasonal stay in the vibrant city of Barcelona! With a minimum stay of 32 nights, this apartment is perfect for those who want to enjoy the city at their own pace, whether for work, study, or leisure.

The apartment is 65 m² and features a functional and bright design, with a comfortable and well-equipped layout that guarantees an enjoyable stay.

Capacity: Up to 2 people in 1 bedroom with a double bed.
Bathroom: 1 full bathroom with a shower.
Living room: Spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, dining table, TV, and direct access to the private terrace.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an oven, microwave, washer, fridge, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., to prepare your favorite meals.

The apartment is located in a quiet, well-connected area, just a few minutes from metro and bus stations, making it easy to explore the city. You are also just a few minutes' walk from some of Barcelona's most famous landmarks, such as Park Güell and Casa Batlló, and surrounded by local cafés, shops, and restaurants.

Additional services:

Optional parking: If you are traveling by car, there is a parking space available in the building for an additional 200€/month for long-term rentals, or 30€/day for short-term rentals.
Travel crib (upon request): Price: 20€/day.
Important information:

Payment: 30% of the total must be paid via a link provided by the property manager. The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer at least 3 days before check-in or in cash upon check-in.
Security deposit: A security deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at check-in (either at the office or via payment link). The deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out.
Check-in: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Outside this time, a 50 EUR late check-in fee will be applied in cash.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax applicable in Barcelona will be charged.
House rules: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No parties or events are allowed. A 400 EUR fine will be imposed in case of violations.

The terrace is huge and sunny, generally quiet. however, it is not very private. The "bedroom" is separated from the "living room" by a huge movable wooden plank that can be slid inwards to "create" a room, or outwards to open up (and allow watching TV). interesting solution. The photos on line were the same as the flat, everything was quite new and clean. However. the bathroom is not big, but usable. We stayed two and a half months very comfortable. Highly recommended for the usability of the flat. The location was exceptional!
