My Space Barcelona offers you a comfortable apartment with balcony and capacity for up to 4 people in 2 comfortable double rooms with 2 single beds and a double bed, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating and washing machine. The photos of the property were way nicer than the actual apartment. The check in was ridiculous. We sat and waited for almost half an hour for someone to actually come talk to us. The staff lacked organization and manners. The security deposit of 400 Euros should've been a red flag. I was told I would get it back between 7 and 15 days after check out. It took an entire MONTH. The apartment was comfortable enough and in a good location but the rest made for an overall frustrating experience. And it was far from CHEAP.

What is pictured in VRBO is NOT the apartment we got when we arrived in Spain
We were quite surprised when we got to our property and it was not what was pictured on the website. We were way too tired to fight the process and stayed in the one they gave us. If I could upload pictures I would so you could see how different it was. Make them send you pictures of the actual apartment you will be staying in. Also there is no way the view off the balcony is from the property we rented. It is a made up picture.

Bait and switch to a bad place
I spent time reviewing properties and picked one for myself and my granddaughter. When we arrived to pick up the keys , the property manager said it was available but he had another one. His assistant said it wasn't recent that it wasn't available. We went to the other place because we were tired. It had none of the amenities we expected, was not in the same neighborhood, the door stuck and the place was very beat up. The manager never responded to my asks for a refund so we could go to a decent hotel or even to lower the rent. I talked to VRBO but they did not follow up. You CANNOT trust Vrbo to give you the property you rent and they will not respond with any requested action.

It was nice located, well furnished and clean..
We had a nice stay, unfortunately for us we left by accident a bag in the parking of their property and It got lost. Nobody neither the “security cameras” could know who found the bag, it wasn’t reported….we saw the maintenance guy around before leaving the property but the employees couldn’t give us an answer. Very unlucky!!!

Perfect apartment!
We stayed in this apartment for 10 days before going on a cruise. There were 3 of us adults and everything was perfect for us! No problem getting extra towels, etc. Plenty of hot water for showers! We absolutely loved the terrace and enjoyed sitting out there with the perfect weather! All of the office staff were very helpful and spoke English, which we appreciated! We would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is very nice and in a great neighborhood. A 5 minute walk to the metro and multiple bus stops that take you all over Barcelona. As a heads up, there are very strict rules for the apartment in terms of cleaning and overall stay so just make sure you go over that carefully. I also thought the 400 Euro deposit to be somewhat excessive, but it is refundable as long as you follow the proper guidelines. Overall, very good stay!

The apartment was very clean. It was located with easy access to metro and stores. It had all the amenities that we needed. Besides the fridge making a high pitch noise and that we couldn’t seem to get the dryer to work, it was very enjoyable!

Excellent apartment
Located in the affluent neighborhood of Sant Gervasi, this apartment is an easy metro ride to downtown Barcelona. It was comfortable, quiet and attractive. The wifi stopped working and the staff fixed it within a couple hours. Only complaint was that the floors were not thoroughly cleaned.
