Welcome to the spacious Loft at the Arc de Triomf in Barcelona with terrace, pool and free Wi-Fi! This loft is a fully furnished, equipped and recently renovated space, designed to provide a warm, cozy and special experience, ideal for enjoying Barcelona as a local with all the comforts of a comfortable home.

The modern Loft in the Arc de Triomf in Barcelona has 60 m² and is located in the most central area of the city. In addition to a large terrace with a solarium-pool and free Wi-Fi in all areas, including the pool, this loft can accommodate up to 6 people. Its design has open spaces and contemporary interior design that will make you feel at home.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €40 in cash, after 11pm it will be €50.

- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

The worst apartment I have ever stayed in

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The pictures as shown are not accurate and it is NOT a loft. It is level -1 sub basement with no windows or natural light. It is also incredibly dirty, not professionally cleaned and has very limited amenities. Our shower (which was covered in black mold and boasted a blocked drain full of clumps of hair) flooded the entire apartment on our first evening damaging luggage and possessions. We were left with no shower and no fresh towels for over 24hrs. We were also kept awake until 4:30am every night of our stay due to other rude and boisterous tenants in close surrounding apartments. The walls are not soundproofed! VRBO also advertises a terrace with this ‘loft’ which does not exist along with other non existent perks. I am so disappointed with the help I received when trying to rectify a major flood. No wonder the apartment is disgusting, neither the owner or management company care for it. I have made an official complaint regarding the sanitary standards of this property. This should not be listed and ruined our entire Barcelona trip.
