The hotel is located in an area with easy access to shops and restaurants. Also near El Corte Inglés dept store. There is a large supermarket inside the store with many items to go. We only stayed one night so didn’t get a chance to explore much. Room 227 was very nice with a coffee machine, tea kettle, and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Tip: Request firm pillows as the ones in the room were very soft.

Upon arrival, the guys came out to open the taxi door, they brought our luggage inside and waited for us to walk in. The front desk staff was friendly and since we were early, they offered to watch our luggage. Since one of our rooms was ready, we threw all the luggage inside there. The front desk staff gave us two free drinks so we could wait at the bar while our rooms were finishing getting ready. The restaurant and bar were great. Good food, good drinks, and a great location…right off La Rambla. The rooms were a great size and had everything you could want in a room. I did have to use the hair drier, and it didn’t work, but they sent someone right away to change it out. I did have to use room service once, but the food arrived quickly and it was still delicious. Great room for the price!
