Clean rooms, nice bathroom(in the triple room), staff very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Situated over busy street, but lots of shops within 1-10 min depending on what you want to eat/drink. Definitely recommend for young travelers and retirees on tight budget.

Very small hostel. Room was tiny but private with private bathroom. Super clean and modern. Bed was queen size and comfortable and the pillows were very nice memory foam. Best hotel pillows I’ve ever had, just like my pillows at home. A small armoire was the closet. Two things that were negative were no elevator but only three short flights of stairs so not too back. I had a huge suitcase packed for a 3 week cruise so quite heavy and two other small bags. No help to bring in the bags. Also there was no chair in the room. Sitting was either on the bed or a small uncomfortable bench. No headboard for the bed so you lean against the wall. Room had good A/C. Staff was friendly and spoke English pretty well. I had a gap between checkout and when I could go on the cruise ship and the staff held my luggage until I needed to retrieve it. Located conveniently close to the cruise terminal. Coffee and tea were offered complementary. No food on-site. Several restaurants and stores within a block walking distance. For price and convenience I would stay here again.

Location was excellent, walkable to Plaça de Espanya and Montjuic areas. All staff were super friendly. The triple room, however, was pretty small and the walls are very thin - you can hear people from the room beside. Bathroom was nice and modern, but lacked hangers and hand soap.

Negative: Noisy. You can hear conversations from the next room. You can hear the plumbing when it's being flushed and when furniture is being moved. Positive: Good location, close to the Poble Sec metro station and cafes. Very friendly staff, clean place. Comfortable room and a common area where you can make tea and coffee.

A great hostal

I enjoyed my time at this hostal. Friendly and helpful reception, spotlessly clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, no street noise and effective air conditioning. The location was great for exploring Barcelona - close to metro and bus stops.

Great place for a short stay. Very clean, close to everything. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were relatively comfortable. The choice of pillows was not that great, but that can be a personal preference.

The hotel room was very clean, no smell, and the surrounding area was also very clean. The staff were very friendly, and I was generally satisfied. The only minor drawback was that the room wasn't very soundproof, so it was easy to hear outside noises. However, for the price, I was very happy with the hotel. Thank you.

Friendly staff & very clean room - cleaner then spain average. Over all a good experience, but the mattress was pretty bad! (Foam-mattress)
