Run down place

No shampoo anywhere, no soap in 2 bathrooms, sink would not drain and toilet did not flush, shower heads falling from the walls, no coffe. Noisy outside and uncomfortable pillows and beds. No response from management. A 3-4 star hotel would have been a more comfortable option and cheaper. This place made our stay in Barcelona not comfortable.
