When arriving at the sensational Casa Cartella, you enter an impressive entrance hall with a majestic marble staircase leading to the upper floors. The entrance hall gives you a first glimpse of the wonder and fascination that awaits. Two enormous, exclusive 18th-century Chinese vases and bronze lamps adorn this impressive space. Most of the ground floor space is home to incredible games and living spaces, designed by one of the most prestigious decorators in Barcelona. Your holiday group will spend considerable time here enjoying the table tennis, football and pool tables or perhaps a game of cards or just relaxing on the sumptuous sofas watching the huge television or enjoying drinks from the bar. There is also a quiet reading area, something for everyone!

The eight bedrooms are spread across all three floors and are totally unique. You will find individual air conditioning, safe boxes, televisions, sofas, boudoirs and closets, together with extravagant furnishings. Five of the bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms, and the others share family bathrooms. Most of the bedrooms boast joined single beds, while some contain large and luxurious double beds.

Barcelona is a fabulous city offering fabled architectural treasures spanning more than 2000 years, a mastery of gastronomy, a famous football team, family entertainment, an incredible nightlife and an enchanting seaside. With famous whimsical Gaudi masterpieces such as the Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo and Parc Guell, towering temple columns, ancient city walls, subterranean stone corridors, tranquil plazas and soaring cathedrals, the city is intriguing, beautiful and best seen on foot. Barcelona has long inspired artists, including Pablo Picasso and Joan Miro, both of whom have major museums devoted to their works in the city. Football fans may head directly to visit Camp Nou or a FC Barcelona match. Youngsters may prefer the zoo, aquarium or the Poble Espanyol.

The 4.5km stretch of sandy bays along the shoreline make Barcelona the perfect city break with a side of beach. Nova Icaria Beach and Bogatell Beach offer a more peaceful feel.

The Montjuic hilltop is close to the city offering endless exploring, botanic and sculpture gardens, excellent museums, fantastic art galleries, an old castle and breathtaking panoramic views.

5 pm. Guests are welcome to drop off luggage from 12 pm on the day of arrival and then return to check-in later. Please enquire if you wish to check-in earlier, as this is sometimes available to guests, dependent on circumstances. There will be a charge if guests are checking in after 10 pm on the day of arrival.

11 am. Later departure times are sometimes available, on request and with prior authorisation from the property managers. If guests leave the property after the departure time, and with no authorisation, they are at risk of being charged an amount from the security deposit.

Guests are asked to please be mindful of their noise levels, due to the villa's location in a residential location, and especially during 10 pm to 9 am. Parties are not allowed in this property.



Guests are allowed to use the pool and hot tub Monday to Friday from 9 am to 10:30 pm, and on the weekends from 9:30 amd to 10:30 pm. The housekeeper will enter only the garden area at these times to open and close the pool and hot tub.

Extra €290, paid on arrival by card. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
