This apartment which accommodates 6 people has a surface area of 85 m2 divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite), dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a balcony overlooking Calle Montserrat and another looking on to the back of the building. It is ideal for a comfortable stay in Barcelona.

The apartment is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning, washing machine, tumble drier, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, mixer, plates), TV and free Wi-Fi.

Near the apartment you can explore the unique Gothic Quarter and Old Town, its broad range of restaurants, medieval buildings, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza del Rey, Plaza del Pi, the Maremagnum area, a leisure area facing the sea, shop in all sorts of different establishments in Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, and also enjoy many different cultural activities with some of the most important museums and theatres in the city.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

Perfect Location for Barcelona Site Seeing!

6 friends stayed in the apartment and it was wonderful! Within walking distance of so many cool things to visit and a short cab ride away from many others! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to see the city!

Just as described, beds were very comfortable, combination locks were terrific, couch needs pillows, and extra larger pillows for beds would be appreciated and instructions in English would be nice for washer-dryer.

Perfect place for a perfect price!!!

If you are a person, who’s looking the balance between accommodation price and location this is the right place to go, very nice and clean apartment and a great location safety gate, safety electronic doors, the apartment has a elevator so you have no problem to move your stuff. We are our first time in Barcelona and the location of the place is incredible at one block from metro station, next to the ramblas. If I going back to Barcelona, definitely I will take this place again!!!

Casa perfecta en La Rambla!

This was a great location, located right on the edge of the gothic quarter. Easy access to many historical sites, restaurants, coffee, dessert, the beach and more. Booking and check-in was easy, and the communication in between was simplistic without any issues. The flat came stocked with coffee, kitchen ware, fresh towels and linen. We would definitely stay again.

very close to all la rambla and any tourist attractions near the water. fantastic communication on check in and check out as well. only ask would be to have more towels, but that is hardly enough of a reason not to stay here.

Great location and lovely apartment!

What a great little place to stay! The unit was clean, well-maintained and perfect for 5 of us to stay four days. The location was great as it's right off Las Ramblas, where all the action happens. Just a heads up that the entrance is off an alley, which can look a little sketchy when you first arrive. However, it's lovely once you get in. Great place!

Amazing!

Super clean, walking distance to the touristic places like Las Ramblas, the beach, and to the metro. Had a AC, washing machine and drier which was very helpful for a travelling family of five! We are on an all-around-Europe trip, and so far our favourite apartment we stayed at!

Exactly what was described

Spectacular location, near la Rambla, walking distance to many things, with the Drassanes stop literally a hundred meters for the units front door. The unit itself was good for our family of 5, with 6 separate beds and a washer & dryer in the unit. The neighborhood itself is definitely “up and coming,” and felt a little dicey at night but we experienced no issues

Super easy check in. Property exactly as described. A couple of blocks from the south end of La Rambla. Walkable to anywhere in the Old City. Perfect launching point to enjoy Barcelona.

Great location! You are only a 2 minute walk to La Rambla/Drassanes Metro station on the L3 line. We could walk to many of the attractions we were there to see. The apartment was clean and just what we needed for our family of 5, who spent very little time in the apartment. My only suggestion would be more pillows or thicker pillows. The beds were very comfortable though. I would recommend this apartment to anyone taking in the sights of Barcelona.

Fun stay in Barcelona

The management team for the ClassBedroom apartments made it an easy transaction. They provided info on how to best get to the place and the pricing was fair. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone slept well. The apartment had modern plumbing & furnishings and the AC kept the rooms cool. The elevator was also operational, nice when you have a 4th floor room!The location is a little off the beaten path but close to the historical LaRamba area (close the Columbus circle) with several restaurants within walking distance. This was our first trip to Spain and Barcelona, staying in the city. The security to the building and apartment was impressive with auto locking locks, making the group feel safe during the stay. Thanks Marco for your help and your assurances !making this a wonderful stay!

We loved our apartment! It was great to retreat to the quiet space after a day out in Barcelona. The washer/dryer (and drying rack) were fantastic additions that we weren't expecting. Coffeemaker with some pods ready to go was a nice touch. Lots of storage, plenty of space for our family of 5 adults to gather round the table or hang out in the living room. Bedrooms had plenty of closet space and bathrooms had nice vanities to hold all our items. The elevator is small so it took a couple trips up and down with our luggage but plenty of room when it was just people without suitcases!
