Enjoy your stay in Barcelona in our lovely 3-bedroom apartment. You will be just one block away from Passeig de Gràcia, where you can find famous Gaudí buildings and great shops.

  • The apartment is located on Calle Consell de Cent, a famous and quiet walking street in the safe Eixample neighborhood. The apartment gets lots of natural light and looks out over a quiet neighborhood park Jardins de la Torre de les Aigües.

    You are only one block away from Passeig de Gràcia and Rambla de Catalunya. This means you can walk to Gaudí’s famous houses Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, great shops, and excellent restaurants in just a few minutes.
    The apartment has plenty of space for up to 5 people:
    Living Room: A bright room with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table.
    3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped with everything you need to cook, plus a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

    Easy Digital Check-In
    You don`t need a physical key. You can open the doors easily using your smartphone.

    Good to Know
    We provide a free baby bed (cot) and a high chair on request, clean sheets, and towels.
    There is a safe box inside the apartment for your money and passports.
    The building has an elevator. Please note you have to walk up a few stairs to reach the elevator from the main entrance.

Lovely apartment. Really easy check in and responsive hosts. Fantastic location, walking distance to Sagrada Familia, La Rambla (and metro 2mins away.) Great bars, restaurants and supermarkets right on the doorstep. Totally recommend

Hello. The location of this property could not have been better. It was central to all the main attractions and in the central part of the city next to tons of restaurants, shops and other things. This location is also very close to the public transit lines and has easy cab/uber access. The unit itself is very nice and the condo management group is incredibly responsive and fantastic to work with. Would not hesitate to stay there again (we are already talking about going back soon).

Great location and comfortable apartment. We had a fantastic time here, the neighborhood is safe and very convenient to everything you need or want. There are multiple amazing restaurants and bakeries on every block. Easy walking distance to many Gaudí works. The company is very responsive. One thing to know is that you have to insert a large flat keychain into a slot next to the electrical box in order to turn on the electricity. My mom arrived first and even with help from a Spanish friend who came over and called the company, they could not figure out what the “tarjeta” was — it is a large keychain attached to a key (hexagonal?). Not a card. The company had to send someone out to help. Other than that it was great.

Host was very accommodating. Location was great. Only opportunity for improvement would be to upgrade the wifi router - it really couldn't handle more than one person being online...

Quiet and spacious in a good location

The apartment is great. The beds are comfortable, the A/C works well in all rooms, restaurants and local sites are within walking distance. We loved our time in Barcelona!

Home away from home

Perfect for our stay. Good location and great rooms. My only call put would be to have more towels available the same day you stay. Great host commmunication.

Great Location

We loved the location of this unit. There are great restaurants, bars and shops around. It is close to more touristy areas too. Communication from host was timely, the unit was clean and had a great balcony. It was perfect for our family.

Great apartment for 2 couples

Excellent and quiet location from which to explore the city. Several grocery stores and a market are short walks away. Also easy access to metro, buses and taxis. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples,

Perfect flat in a great location

Apartment was clean and as described. The location was safe and full of dining options. Walking distance to everything you could want to do or see. Loved it!

Amazing stay in Barcelona!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Barcelona! Starting from check-in, the host kept in touch making sure we arrived at the property. We had a minor heating issue which they resolved quickly and the house was very clean and modern. I highly suggest staying here for your stay especially with family!

Central, spacious, quiet

This is a lovely apartment on a tree lined street with plenty of space for a family of five. It’s a (beautiful) walk to most of the sightseeing but cafes, restaurants, bakeries are steps from the front door. A really nice apartment.

Great Stay!

Location of this rental is perfect. Everything close by in a beautiful little neighborhood. Easy walk to Gothic Quarter, Gaudi architecture, and much more. If you are American, the blue fob goes in the little block by the front door to turn on the lights :). Management communicated well. Overall a great stay.

Girls Trip

The place was great….very comfortable….the only thing I would recommend is if you are having guests that don’t speak Spanish a bit more information on how the house works would be helpful

Family Visit to Barcelona

The location is fantastic and when the street is finished converting to a pedestrian walkway it will be that much better. It was nice because a Main Street was only three blocks away and major attractions were all within a 15-30 min walk, yet the street in front of the apartment was quiet. Also good cafe’s and tapas were within 2 blocks Our family of 5 adults were comfortable within the space Many thanks for hosting us

Nice place and worked well for our family of five for a week. Plenty of space, bathrooms were nice with good showers. Smart tv was nice and easy to use. Door lock app worked fine, but some better and earlier communication about all the details like lock app would have been nice. Nice area with easy access to metro and walkable to lots of good spots.

Tons of cute restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly the area felt very safe. Only a short walk away from Main Street luxury shops, and gaudi house. Check in process was easy with the Alkies phone app. House was as advertised! AC units in each room other than the room with a small twin bed which had a fan. My friend said the cool air came into her room quickly though and she was comfortable. We each had our own bathroom/shower which was very nice. Also a short walk to the metro which is one of the main lines for the major attractions and the convention center. If you’re looking for a spot in a local area but near the action then this is a perfect place for you

Amazing location and 3 Bed & 3 Bath

We wanted a location away from major tourist areas and this was perfect!! Luigi’s around the block has great Italian food, multiple coffee shops and convenience stores close, and you’re central to everything most want to see. The property was very clean, plenty of space and perfect for 5 of us. The only issue we had was checking in using the app because you need internet or cellular data which was a problem for us at times and the only way to enter the building. Once we worked through that, it was such a great stay and close to major metro access, which makes exploring even easier.

Beautiful Apartment, Fantastic Location

This apartment had everything we needed for our family of five to have a very comfortable stay in Barcelona. The location was perfect for us. It's located on a quiet street just a block or two from a very lively part of the city. There is a metro stop right at the end of the block (which happened to temporarily closed when we were there but didn't inconvenience us at all since another larger stop was very closeby). The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. As tourists who wanted to easily access the city, this was a perfect place to stay. It would also make for a quiet retreat for non-tourist visitors as well. We were very pleased. Highly recommend.
