Summer on La Rambla

The check in was easy but there was zero help after we checked in. The location was right in the most touristy part of Barcelona, so it is very easy to get around. We request support storing our luggage before we left, no one responded for two days. We requested a late check out, no response. One hour before scheduled check out the power was turned off to only our room. We checked the breaker and nothing was tripped on our end. We had to throw away the breakfast we were making. All together terrible.There were no blanketsThe spot is on top of the metro and it runs all nightThere were no shades to block the light from the busy street while we tried to sleep. The bed was very very hard. Would never book here again. If you are young and just want a crash pad, it’s fine. If you want to be respected and comfortable, no not stay here.
