The property is very clean, very professional staff member. The rooms are very small for apartment hotel and no washing/laundary machine. They provide laundry service but super expensive not ideal for extended stay.

Excellent apartment hotel in the center of Barca with walking distance to everything you could ever need. 24/7 hour reception/doorman. Safe, clean and quiet hotel. Rooftop pool area was clean and nice.

Good property but our room was a little warm as corridors open to the outdoors so hallways were very hot and room needed extra fan. However it was also extremely warm outside so all things considered it was acceptable and staff handled well.

The Aparthotel is very well located with easy access to amenities: dining, sightseeing, shopping and transport links. Very welcoming staff - pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. We would definitely book again. I highly recommend.

The location was wonderful and the place was beautiful. I only have a few suggestions to make. First, there was very little space to hang anything in the bathroom - especially towels. The seating - two squeaky plastic uncomfortable stools - was miserable. They should have provided two comfortable arm chairs. And there is plenty of space to mace both stools (hopefully comfortable and not able to be heard in the next room) and armchairs possible. While the kitchen was great, there were no cooking utensils whatsoever - no cooking spoons, forks, knives, spatulas. Only table knives, spoons, and forks. You could not, for example, make pasta - no strainer. No nothing in the kitchen to actually cook with. This accommodation could be great for a long-term stay or long business trip, but I don't think I could have worked in this room. The seating area past the lobby was lovely with nice, comfortable seating. In fact, we joked about taking a couple of the chairs up to our room when the staff were out smoking... bottom line, this location is good but could be so much better. I'd also point out that the picture on our confirmation email for a deluxe suite shows a couch and separate counter with stools looked nothing like the room we were given.

The hotel description on Expedia says: Start your day with a continental breakfast, which may mean that breakfast is included in the price, and in my case it was, even though the hotel said it wasn't. The location of the hotel is great. Easy and quick access to the metro, bus stop. Great access to good quality local restaurants and away from the touristy areas. 10 minute walk to the popular Garcia Street and many other good streets for walking. Of course, the location seems to be very safe. The problem that I found very annoying was the use of a sliding door for the wardrobe, which when opened, closed the small kitchen, and it could be dangerous if you were not careful while cooking. It also hit the refrigerator door, which did not close properly.

Safe, affordable, clean property. Very small pool available, and nice upstairs outdoor area. Neat room design, but translucent bathroom/shower design can be a little concerning when you have a third person in the room. Enjoyed our 2-day stay!

Lovely and clean property. Staff are friendly. Location is great!!! Will definitely recommend. Close walk to Placa Catalunya but also quiet area. Great restaurants, chinese, japanese and filipino food. Love the pool. My family enjoyed our holiday because we have a nice place to come home to. Stayed there for 6 nights.

Excellent staff, very accomodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. One staff recommended a restaurant around the corner called La Flauta, excellent seafood and service. We had 2 rooms and with 4 minors, one was handicapped, hotel was accesible for handicap people, able to use the wheelchair easily. Overall, very satisfied with our stay. Will stay again at Ako Suites, if ever in Barcelina again.

Nice place

The hotel was a very nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean. It was a little weird having glass walls for the bathroom even if they were frosted. It also would’ve been nice to be told about how the lights work as it was a first time international travel. Very conveniently located to many shops and food places. Such a beautiful area and city!

The layout was good for three people, but the bathroom has little privacy, so make sure you are at home with your roommates. Our sink was plumbed backwards so we often got a mouthful of hot water after toothbrushing. The pool being closed was disappointing, but it looked beautiful if you go in the summer. The location was great. We walked and trained everywhere.

Great location & cleaning crew. Bed was very comfy (from mattress) which I like. No free coffee or tea or any drinks as stuff in the mini fridge we’re all not included. Bath soap, body wash & basic kitchen stuff are good, enough to make a meal for 2 people. Specially with all the good fresh mercats around!
