"The staff was terrific, trying to make up for some of the shortcomings we experienced which included a phone in the room that didn't fully work, the toilet didn't flush properly and the carpets needed cleaning (or replacing). Furthermore, the location of the hotel is ideal, walking distance to most everything. The cost of the rooms didn't really match the level the hotel is at right now."
