"We rented the entire property (all 5 units) for our part of 18. They accommodations were nice and there were some good restaurants within walking distance. The couch beds were not that comfortable but we made do. "

"Two days in a row we did not get any towels m. Our room was clean but literally zero towels. We called and it took an hour the first time and the second time took more than 2 hours, several calls , and 2 front desk visits. With two small kids in wet bathing suits including myself we could not make our dinner reservations without being able to take showers. Room smelled moldy and staff was not friendly at all. "

"The staff was very cordial. I had to move a night table to retrieve a hair clip and I can tell that no one has cleaned the area behind the night stand for a while and there was small roach. Shower curtain needs to be replace immediately. The plastic receptacle to connect the blow dryer is broken. The room needs a fresh coat of paint; there are scuff marks on the walls. The sheets looked worn out and the comforter feels very worn out.This room needs a serious and total makeover. I will not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Arrived and the first thing we appreciated was the beautiful ocean view and access right from the property. To us that surpassed any minor inconveniences around no staff onsite, or some rustic areas not perfectly maintained on the outside of the property. The terrace on top was rarely used but we took advantage of it regularly. Beautiful place to relax and watch the waves while enjoying a glass of wine. Kitchen was fully equipped. Would have been nice to have a few more seasonings other than salt and pepper but overall provided what we needed for some easy breakfasts and lunches. Refrigerator was separated to ensure each room had its own section which was a great idea to keep your own food. Also was great to be able to throw a salad together for a lighter meal when restaurant food was getting heavy ! There are a few restaurants walking distance but uber was a great way to get around wherever you wanted to go. Price was excellent for San Juan and we would definitely use Outsite again if we returned. "
