"Marco and Celeni were wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very attentive to all our needs. The lake house was beautiful, more than what I expected. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the outdoor bathroom, which is very spacious. Marco’s boat experience on the lake is highly recommended, as well as the chocolate farm tour but only if you understand Spanish. I don’t have a bad word to say about this entire experience. Highly recommended "

"I arrived to claim my reservation. Called front desk. I tell them I’ve arrived the lady hangs up, I sit outside the gate for 45 minutes waiting to be let in to claim my room and such, and no one arrived. I kept calling and would be ignored. Never got my room. Don’t waste your time. "

"Great location! Staff is amazing. Rooms are clean. Furniture is good and comfy but you have a slight old school feeling. Highly recommend. Very quiet location and you can walk to restaurants and to Provenza."
