"We found the location very convenient and the woman who greeted us, was quick to arrive and also very nice and clear with the instructions. It was unfortunately very noisy during the night because the train tracks are right in front of the building and since we don’t like air conditioning, see slept with the window open, but we didn’t get much sleep at all. There was also this underlying smell of nail polish remover that was bothering me. The place itself was great though and very clean....

"We stayed at Port View prior to boarding our cruise in May. It was so lovely. The owner and property manager were so gracious and friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor walk up and overlooked a fun city area that had shopping and food. We were able to walk to dinner and around the area. It is just down the street from St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. The church was beautiful. We had a delicious homemade brunch! I highly recommend Port View Guest House."

"The location and view were very nice. Walking to town or to the lake was very easy. There are many restaurants nearby and all were reasonably priced. Also, we liked the outdoor balcony. The owner checked on the property both days. He was very friendly. The shower was too small. No curtains in the window to shield all of the lights outside. There was only a sheer curtain which does not serve that purpose. Overall, it is a fair price for the property."

"Bianca and Roberto were absolutely AMAZING! It was my first time in Europe so I was unaware of the different outlets. Bianca was very accommodating and made sure to find a charger I could use! They provided a very nice breakfast and Bianca even volunteered to fix us lunch and dinner. The property was exceptionally beautiful with breathtaking views. They made us feel very welcome and it was a pleasure to meet them! I even called to ask Bianca for train instructions as we were leaving Roma Termini...

"We found Sans Souci BB as a last second booking after a failed reservation in Civitavecchia. I was upset that my GPS was taking me 7km outside the city centre but was so pleasantly surprised and relieved when I arrived. The property is an impressive farmhouse style villa on a substantial plot of land complete with all of their own home grown vegetables and chickens producing farm-fresh eggs daily.
