"Eine tolle Wohnung, die super aufgeteilt ist und blitzsauber. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig, aber dennoch in optimaler Lage für alle Arten von Ausflügen und Strandbesuche. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt, der Pool einladend und der Gastgeber Goran mit seiner ganzen Familie sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. In Barban gibt es eine sehr gute Pizzeria und ein gut sortierter Supermarkt. Für uns als Familie somit das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil."

"A first-class vacation home which we enjoyed tremendously during a one-week stay in July 2021. It offered everything we needed for a family of five (three children between the ages of 8 and 12). We all enjoyed the large and very clean pool, breakfasts and dinners on the terrace, the warm welcome by the owner as well as the beautiful places to visit in Istria and beyond. We are looking forward to returning to this house on a future trip."

Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr sauber, alles ordentlich und alles vorhanden es man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt! "Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Mobilheim ist sehr schön, gut angerichtet usw. Du hast wirklich deine Ruhe. Es gibt ein Spielplatz, die Kindee können selbstständig rum Toben & Spilen. Es gaben sehr viele Schnaken, viel Schnaken Spray & Kerzen mitnehmem. Hast im dem Mobilheim Handtücher, werden leider nicht ausgetauscht wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Ansonsten ich würde es weiter empfehlen."

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus! Es ist wirklich alles so wie beschrieben! Der Garten ist auch ganz toll! Unser Hund hat ihn auch sehr genossen! Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da es dafür zu kalt war, das fanden wir sehr schade! Für Ruheliebende ist die Lage ideal! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Katja war sehr nett!"

"The house is very modern and clean inside and outside. The pool was cleaned 1 time a week by staff. Due to the completely fenced garden you have a lot of privacy. The supermarket, restaurants, etc. are only about 15 min away and thus good and fast to reach by car. The landlord is very nice and informed us about all important information directly upon arrival. Also at departure he met us with a small gesture, which is not self-evident. All thumbs up 👍"

"Es war ein unglaublich schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Toneli. Wir waren 18 Erwachsene und selbst für so viele Personen ist die Villa super. Es war Platz genug, um genügend Freiraum zu haben. Die Ausstattung ist klasse, es fehlt an nichts. Der Poolbereich ist das Highlight. Als Krönung sind die Vermieter unfassbar freundlich. Alles klappte reibungslos. Es gab sogar einen Kuchen zur Geburtstagsfeier. Es ist so erholsam, weil ruhig gelegen. Aber Ausflugsziele und das Meer sind mit dem Auto nicht...

"Een woning met standaard voorzieningen. In hoogseizoen ontbreekt vooral de airco/ windwaaiers. Eigenaar en zijn ouders zijn super vriendelijk en doen hun best voor je. Zo heeft de moeder van de eigenaar nog voor ons gekookt. Heeerlijk italiaanse maaltijd! 4 sterren door de prijs. Die is super. Ligging is vrij afgelegen wat wij als positief hebben ervaren. Wel is op 100 mtr een klein winkeltje te vinden met alle basis benodigdheden. Brood, melk en sigaretten ed. We gaan zeker nog eens terug."

"Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Wir wurden mit einem Obstkorb und diversen Getränken empfangen. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Auch zwischendurch wurden wir mit Weintrauben versorgt. Schönes Haus und tolle Besitzer. Wir kommen wieder. Gerhard & Petra September 2023"

"This home is a great get away for your young family. There are plenty of activities in the house to keep the children happy and a very relaxing atmosphere for the adults. The house had everything we needed. The location was optimal for exploring Isteria and located near a small village with a market and a few local restaurants. Peaceful location, wonderful views
"We stayed in this holiday accommodation for 2 weeks in July 2023 - parents with 2 x grown up sons and a 5 yr old grandson. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had excellent pans and plenty of china and the new large TV took an HDMI cable so we were able to watch a couple of English films in the evenings. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful and includes outdoor play swings etc for young children. There is a large choice of pebbly beaches around 35-40 mins distance and lots of lovely small villages to enjoy. A car is essential but there is plenty of easy parking next to the villa and the roads are quiet and well maintained. Mateo is a great host - thank you very much for letting us stay."
