"We had a wonderful stay at the Crane Resort. Our room and view were amazing. The staff members were top tier, so friendly and helpful. The restaurants were brilliant esp Zen. We looked forward to breakfast overlooking the beach every morning. Can hardly wait to return. "

"The room was outdated. The pictures online was very deceiving. The room and property didn't look as the pictures shown online. If we wanted to cook it wasn't possible because the hot plate was old and rusted. Pots and pans are filthy. I don't know if the bar was well stocked, I only had a beer. Food was pricey. Property was far from everything. If you need to go anywhere you have to take an Uber which was so expensive. They charge US dollar. "

"I stayed at this property for 10 days and found it to be almost perfect. I was so mesmerized by the view and the ambiance of it that I cancelled tours and stayed at the house, mostly on the deck or in the pool.David was somewhat remarkable in his prompt, efficient and thorough handling of a few issues. He was so very kind, generous and patient with us - picked us up at the airport ( and took us to the grocery store twice!) and then dropped us off when we left. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped as was the kitchen. We were relaxed and so blissfully satisfied that we started looking at our calendars to see when we could come back on the 2nd day that we were there. We didn’t rent a car and the house is somewhat remote but the taxi apps were fine. I can’t recommend this house highly enough. Two big thumbs up! Heartfelt gratitude, David, for all that you did which seemed above and beyond. We all wish you the very best!"

He anticipated our every need and made sure we felt not just comfortable, but truly at home. The apartment itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, making it perfect for a family stay.A very special thank you to Sharnice, who was absolutely lovely. Her warm welcome, responsiveness, and thoughtful recommendations for kid-friendly activities made such a difference for our grandchildren. It became a daily joy for them and added so much to our overall experience. "Wasnt able to reach the housekeeper, but she was there to deliver the birthday cake we requested before arriving. The property manager however was always available shed come when the housekeeper wouldnt answer. The place was beautiful love the flex rooms. Views views views!!!!"
