Equipped for 6 people, it consists on the ground floor of a living room, a dining room, an equipped kitchen area (filter coffee maker), two bathrooms with WC and 'room.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a bathroom and WC, a mezzanine completes this charming apartment.
Thanks to its 22 m² terrace, family meals and plenty of vitamin D are yours.
For parking, this apartment offers you two private overhead parking spaces.

Located not far from the port and amenities, you can fully enjoy family walks, BANYULS-SUR-MER also has a free shuttle service so you can move around the town with complete peace of mind and get to the city center!

Il faut préciser que l'appartement est au 3ème étage et si l'on veut se rendre au centre ville à pied il faut prendre encore plusieurs escaliers.

Belle vue pou cet Appartement
très trés belle vue , au calme . il ne manque rien dans cet appartement mais une rénovation des salles d'eau s'impose. Appartement fonctionnel avec ses 3 salles d'eau. Beaucoup trop de vaisselle inutile et d'objet de déco des années 1970 inutile. emplacement tres bien .
