"The property has a fabulous location and it very well fitted out. However some points which we were unaware of before our stay: only the downstairs bedroom, which I’d class as bedroom 3 had air con, no other part of the property had air con. The road leading to the property is single lane and twisty, encountering a vehicle coming the other way is a real problem. The property next door is being rebuilt , for the first 2 weekdays there was constant building noise, this was dealt with excellently...

"What a lovely family holiday, great location and beautiful villa. The kids loved the canoe and swimming in the lake. The trip to the island was certainly worth doing and the restaurants and bars in Orta were great. We ate at Villa Crespi one day which is very close to the Villa less than a 5 minute walk! If you like the Michelin star experience its definitely worth booking before your holiday. Great holiday. "
