"A symphony of Excellence at Regina Palace Hotel. The staff were outstanding, balancing high professionalism with a warm, friendly charm. Our room was a warm, beautifully maintained sanctuary. The attention to detail was incredible; it was spotlessly clean from the pristine windows to the gorgeous decor, with freshly changed bedding and clean towels always provided. From our lovely terrace with its breathtaking mountain view. Enjoying aperitifs there and dining from the Liberty Restaurant was pure magic. The meal was outstanding, and the service was so perfectly orchestrated it felt like a beautiful piece of music. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough."

"Loved the spa and pool. We used the spa face very day after the hiking and touring on the mountains. So relaxing! Breaking selections are great but one of the coffee machines was out two days in a row. Bummer! But overall great stay!"

"The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. One of the staff members even accompanied us to our room and walked us through all the instructions, including how to use the different facilities in the hotel. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful view of the Matterhorn. We could see it directly from our bed, and the view from the balcony was equally stunning. The hotel garden also has an amazing Matterhorn view, and the outdoor seating area there was one of our favourite parts of the stay. As this was our honeymoon trip, the hotel kindly offered us a drink, which made the experience even more special. We sat together in the garden, enjoying our drinks with the Matterhorn right in front of us, and it became a very romantic and memorable moment from our stay. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the hospitality, the peaceful atmosphere and, of course, the incredible Matterhorn views."

"Excellent staff and wonderful check in as they also provided us with some places to visit around the village along with coupons to the restaurant at the hotel. We were also allowed to store our luggage in their locked room. This was our favourite stay in Switzerland and we will definitely want to come back. The views, the vibes, and the coziness were the highlight for us. We didn’t want to leave. Incredibly clean, very spacious rooms, and a large renovated bathroom."

"One of the most beautiful and elegant hotels I have ever stayed in. The scenery it postcard perfect. The staff is friendly and speak good English. The breakfast wast the best I’ve ever had. Room was air conditioned, and the pool brought new life to me."
