Timber Ridge Sugar Mountain Condo. Sleeps 8.

  • Renovated and tastefully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on Sugar Mountain. Very close to ski slopes. Short drive to the amenities of Village of Sugar Mountain. One level. Enjoy the gas fire logs during the chilly time of year. In the summer, get away from the heat in the cool mountains. Monthly rates for summer; please contact me for more information. Great place to stay for App football games and cheaper than a hotel! Large deck to enjoy the mountain air and views of Grandfather Mountain.

    The space
    Sugar Mountain Condo located at The Timbers! This condo is a top floor unit in a small community of only 5 similar round house styled buildings. It features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and 1165sqft of living space. Just 5 steps from the parking lot to the decking makes this condo perfect for someone looking for easy access and single-level living. Inside you'll find a spacious living room with gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and ample windows. Complete kitchen for all your needs including additional bar top seating. Large primary bedroom with on-suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms with ample space one of which includes a Queen bed and the other includes 2 sets of bunk beds. Full washer and dryer in unit as well next to the second bathroom. Outside you'll notice the winter views off its back deck of Grandfather Mountain. Plenty of space out here for relaxing in the cooler Summer months too. Close to ski slopes, hiking trails. Minutes to downtown Banner Elk. 30 minutes to Boone and Blowing Rock.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please DO NOT TOUCH THE PILOT LIGHT FOR THE GAS LOGS. Use the remote to cut logs off before leaving. Leave sheets on the beds, but please place used towels in the bathtub.
Please put all trash in the "trash house." If you face the condo, it is to your left. Load the dishwasher and start it.
Make sure parking passes are returned to the basket. Leave heat on 64 in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
