Large (1100 square foot) condominium high atop Sugar Mountain. Here you look out over several states at an elevation of more than 5000 feet. The beautiful scenery is viewable from each room or on your own private balcony. Condo is nestled in an alpine-like village, Banner Elk. High speed internet, free wifi, smart TV's.

At night, view the lights of village below - heavenly sunsets, very romantic - peaceful, serene setting. The building also has large, outdoor deck. Convenient 24 hour front desk and 24 hour security.

There are many activities in the area. From the first floor, step into the All Seasons Recreational Center with its indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and exercise room. Enjoy all of this while feasting on the mountain scenery through windowed walls.

I’ve stayed at Sugar Top before, and this unit had the best views so far!Check-in was a breeze at the front desk—much more convenient than having to pick up keys off-site, as I’ve had to in the past. The property was clean, well-maintained, and updated, with great communication throughout. Excellent value for the price!It also seems like building management has improved since last year. The gym was noticeably cleaner, and the shuttle from the parking lot ran efficiently.Overall, a wonderful experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

She communicated everything with us prior to our arrival and made sure we had no unexpected surprises waiting for us. My family and I travelled to Sugartop recently can not speak more highly of our experience there. The property was incredibly family friendly, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Our kids absolutely loved the indoor pool area. The proximity to Sugar Mountain was ideal. Our host (Denise) was amazing as well. She has fantastic communication, and checked on us every step of the way. Her condo was extremely spacious and clean. Not to mention that it had everything that we could have possibly needed. Our 5 and 4 year olds loved the bunkbeds and being able to watch the skiers from the balcony. They also provided us with a couple of sleds that we took full advantage of. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we can't wait to be back!

The condo has spectacular views and a cozy at home feeling. It is the closest room to the elevator on the 8th floor and it has a stelar view of the ski slopes at Sugar Mountain ski resort and the panoramic views of the NC mountains. The hosts are super friendly, extremely kind, and had excellent communications before the trip and checked in during just to make sure that we had everything we needed. From start to finish it was just an amazing experience. The living room was decorated for Christmas and it made our kids day. It was a 10 out of 10 experience and we will definitely be going back.

Beautiful views, great hiking and sightseeing, small-town 4th of July parade and fireworks (from our balcony), and the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all.
