For a change of pace, venture to Grandfather Mountain, a 25-minute drive away, where you can hike through scenic trails and marvel at the breathtaking landscapes. Beech Mountain Resort, just 26 minutes from your doorstep, also provides a wealth of outdoor adventures.

Back at the property, you can enjoy the communal pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Stay connected with the provided WiFi, and don't forget to pack your swimsuit and hiking gear to make the most of your stay.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place the white parking card back in the bowl, along with the clubhouse FOBs before your departure or there will be a $50 fee for a replacement.
Take all garbage to trash compactor site outside property gate. (It is to the right of the gate as you enter the community)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Note: NO Pets. There will be a non-refundable charge of $1000 and the booking will be cancelled immediately if any pet is brought onto the property.
