Welcome to Meagan's Loft, located in Seven Devils NC - just minutes from Hawksnest for ziplining and snow tubing, this charming family cabin offers a great location in the heart of the High Country.

Cozy and inviting, this traditional cabin offers a variety of options both inside and out. The neighborhood is peaceful, the elevation of over 4000' offers cool summer breezes, and there is even a porch swing to take in the breathtaking view, and some yard space for the kids to play. The living area features high beamed ceilings, large windows, comfortable seating, TV and stone-faced gas fireplace. There is a telescope for star gazing, and a unique folk-art cabinet holds the television, with dvd and vcr to take advantage of the large video library the owners have provided, perfect after a day on the slopes or out exploring the area.

The dining area has a large table, with seating for eight, and around the corner, the kitchen has lots of counter space, gas range, and even has its own tv for the chef! Step out onto the large back deck to grill up today's fresh catch (you are only a few miles from some of our famous trout fishing), or watch the kids play. The front decks offer covered seating areas, and on the lower level, the porch swing is always a favorite spot.

When it is time to rest up for the next day of mountain adventures, the three bedrooms plus loft bedroom here comfortably sleep up to eight. The master bedroom is off of the main living area, with queen bed, television, deck access, and private bath with unique custom inset bear tile and whirlpool tub. Follow the hall off the other side of the living area to the second bedroom, also with queen brass bed and deck access, third bedroom with double bed and unique antiques for kids of any age to enjoy, and second full bath. Upstairs, there is a large loft area, with queen bed and open to the living area below.

Ready for indoor fun? Just head downstairs to the game room, with pool table, foosball table and even your own slot machine, complete with an endless supply of tokens! Enjoy the afternoon grilling up dinner on the grill. And when you decide to head out, you are just minutes from the popular Zipline and snow tubing at Hawksnest, as well as the Seven Devils municipal tennis courts and the Otter Falls. You are also close to Banner Elk, Valle Crucis, Boone, and the Blue Ridge Parkway and Grandfather Mountain.

Additional Important Information:
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
-This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Firewood can be added for the chiminea on the porch with at least one week notice. It is $25 per night and includes 2 wrapped bundle of firewood and 1 fire starter.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments.
Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
