With four comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting living spaces, this home is designed for memorable gatherings. Enjoy evenings by the wood-burning fireplace or challenge friends to a game of ping pong in the downstairs family area. The spacious outdoor deck offers stunning golf course views, perfect for unwinding with a morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The home is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit including a playground with spectacular views, an adventure tower, seasonal sledding hill, Fred’s General Mercantile, a brewery and a taproom, a history museum, and more!
Both Beech Mountain and Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips. Although the Town of Beech Mountain does a great job clearing snow off of the main roads quickly in the winter months, it is highly recommended to have 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain. During winter months we highly recommend bringing snow chains to assist. This rental offers the opportunity to access a Beech Mountain Club Sports Membership for amenities like golf, tennis, pickleball, and a swimming pool. A separate membership transfer fee of $300, not included in the nightly rental, is required. Please let us know in advance if you would like to access the club and we will be happy to send you the details.

- Stairs are required to access this home
- Cameras may be present in places considered public such as parking areas and entries
- The driveway is steep and winding. 4WD, AWD or Snow Chains are HIGHLY recommended during the winter months.
• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.

- What We DON’T Provide: There is a washer/dryer in the unit – you will need to bring or purchase your own laundry washing products.
Beach towels are not provided.
