The Space:
Welcome to Grand Overlook Mtn Villa! This mountain condo is an excellent escape for whichever season you choose to visit! Come in the spring for the perfect temperatures. Escape summer heat while hiking or biking; drive the Blue Ridge Parkway and enjoy amazing fall colors! We are also close to all major ski resorts for your winter ski trips! Take in the beautiful long-range mountain views from the living room after a day out exploring! Step in and relax with a private mountain getaway at the top of Beech Mountain!

The fully equipped kitchen and inviting dining area open into the attractive living room, setting the tone for many memorable evenings where you can gather around the intimate gas fireplace while taking in the long-range views! Finally, once you are ready to call it a night, make your way to one of our three comfortable bedrooms.

Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit. Both Beech Mountain and Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips. We are also close to all major ski resorts for your winter ski trips!

Other Things to Note:
Four-wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter months. Stairs are required between the parking and the front door.

• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
