Not very clean

Property was in a great location and house is nice, but the property was not very clean when we checked in. Dirty dishes in sink, fridge not cleaned out, dishes in the dishwasher. Linens were disgusting, hair on pillows and on sheets. Kind of ruined the whole stay.
