"1階の灯油ストーブが壊れていました。ついたり消えたりを繰り返してとても寒くてほとんど2階ですごしました。とてもいいホテルなのでまた利用しようと思いますが、直してもらいたいです。"

"2Fにバルコニーがあるとのことでしたが、そもそも2階への階段手前の扉に鍵がかかっていて行くことができませんでした。また当日洞爺湖で行われていたイベントのせいもあり、目の前にある無料駐車場が全く使えませんでしたので、友人たちの車はかなり遠い場所へ駐車し、移動用に私のだけ家の前に駐車しました。そうしましたら夜にスタッフの方？から「もしかしたら警察から注意があるかもしれない」とお電話がありました。その時にはもう飲酒しておりどうにもできなかったので、そのまま駐車し特に問題は起きませんでしたが、そもそも「駐車場あり」ではなく「駐車場なし」の物件になりますので、そこは修正してください。"

"The room was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was good. Unfortunately the breakfast rooms were at least 500 metres away, I was in the South wing and all the breakfast places were in the North wing. Because the hotel is so huge with many different levels and many special areas it was initially difficult to actually find the breakfast rooms.
