"My wife and I arrived by rental car before 4 PM and met Pavle Mark; we had texted him 30 minutes before. Speaking good English, he gave instructions on how to park in the rear of the apartment, then helped carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs as the complex's single elevator was under repair. Apartment #8 was clean, just as pictured and nicely outfitted with kitchenware, soaps/cleaning supplies and a washing machine. (We also got charged for ordering french fries in the morning, but that was expected since french fries were not listed on their complimentary continental breakfast menu. However, drinks ("juices") certainly were listed on the menu.)"
