"The rooms weren’t entirely spectacular but they roomy and clean and air conditioning worked amazingly. What was absolutely spectacular was the back area overlooking the ocean. And the beach area itself. My family enjoyed snorkeling so close to hotel. I would love it if they picked up the trash around the beach area. But overall it was a great stay. Staff was very serviceable and friendly. "

"The staff was very very friendly they were like my new friends the cooking at the restaurant was awesome the pool was big good place to bring your kids and they had a kid side and an adult side the staff even took me to church the one day which was excellent and I also got two rides into town to go get a haircut and there was a bit of a mix up with Expedia and they gave me the best room in the house the next day king size bed beautiful room see the ocean every morning I got up my favorite place in the Philippines so far I really like that place"

"The place is perfect so pristine pool and garden is amazing. Everything about this place is awesome ,staff are great,amenities plentiful, foods are smashing."

"The staff that checked us in during the afternoon was great. As we were the only ones that had booked for the day, he offered to show us our room other room that we could choose from but we decided to stay in our original room as there would be more light. As we’ve expected there are roaches in Philippines or other bugs, we didn’t expect it to be there in our room. There were a lot of small roaches and my husband had to kill a big one in the bathroom. There were stains on the sheet and I don’t know whether they had changed the sheet or not. The shower in the water that night had a good flow, but when we used it in the morning it was very little and when we asked the staff she said it’s normal but we have relatives lives around the area and their water is perfectly fine. Also their A/C inside the room was leaking. TV had no cable The picture looked nice, but I don’t think I would recommend or would be coming back here. "

"The location was great for a couple wanting to explore Alaminos and Bani. The facilities and space were average, but it was surprisingly quiet which was nice."

"Staff are friendly and accomodating .Breakfast is plated which is not good .They dont have any kettle in your room.The space of the room for people is too small ."

"some insects are crawling in bed. one of our guests had diarrhea probably because of the water. toilets are not clean. mirrors in the toilet are not clean, just saying the caretakers did not prepare for occupancy. location was awful- we need to pass a narrow dirt road with people living in the area. Cashier is located far from the resort rooms. Neighboring resort was noisy."
