"Great location in close proximity to the Petronas Towers and other attractions. Excellent hotel, incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, immaculate reception area and hotel overall. We notified them of an early arrival and they allowed us to use the spa area to change whilst our room was made ready. Nice pool area, fabulous breakfast and large comfortable bar area with live music. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in"

"We have stayed at Aloft before and have found the property to be very well located and convenient. The room was clean but as commented previously the property is a little aged and needs some upgrading especially the bathroom. We have no complaints about the staff. They were all very pleasant, helpful, cheerful, polite and friendly."

"Overall experience was good but if you want a peaceful relaxing experience I would not book it it’s more for families with children as the hotel was very busy and loud. The spa was overally priced and the package that I booked included pedicure but the therapist did not even do it properly, she quickly just scrubbed my feet for few seconds and she was done."
