The accommodation was fantastic and Bryan the owner could not have been more helpful. Upon arrival he even spent the time showing us all the mod cons of the bath & shower! Bryan’s breakfast was also a belter and set us up for the day of activities at the nearby Zip World just 10 minutes away. We would recommend here to anyone!
The staff was lovely pay abit more for the jaccuzzi bath its so good... dont put bubble bath in it haha
Theres a fridge downstairs to put things in and yiu eat meals downstairs too
The room we was in was like a cosy bedroom it just felt like a home away from home. Beds are really comfortable.
Only thing i could say is to put a few canvases on the walls but apart from that its lovely and the breakfast is amazing. It tastes like good quality ingredients.
Lovely bed and breakfast perfect base for snowdon, zip world and waterfall walks breakfast was spot on and Bryan was the perfect host we will be back next year
We were made to feel very welcome.
The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent.
Brian was very helpful and friendly.
Looking forward to having the opportunity to go back again.
Comfortable and lovely as ever. Beautifully quiet at night and just across the road from the cycle path.
I felt well cared for while given plenty of space to myself. Everything was great and they were very communicative and lovely to chat with at breakfast. Will stay again as soon as I can.
Stayed here as it was perfect location for Zip World (10 mins away) Spotless throughout. Lovely little touches everywhere. Amazing breakfast and a superb host who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Thanks Bryan. We will be back definitely 😊

Pleasant enough stay in the self catering cottage. Bryan replied to query re poor TV reception but unresolved during our 3 day stay. Oven in need of a clean.
Good location.
Can see why it's been so warmly reviewed in the past! A very comfortable stay and we were well looked after. The review format asked for echo-friendliness so had to mark down a little for the use of small plastic bottles in the bathroom and the individual packaged portions of butter, jam, sugar and salt at breakfast. It's a difficult balance between freshness and disposable containers.
What a gem of a place! We were made to feel very welcome and at home by Bryan from the moment we arrived. There was great communication beforehand. We had special diets, which was absolutely no problem at all and he happily catered for a vegan and a coeliac (who's allergic to milk) and the food was lovely! The whole place was very clean and tidy and every little detail thought about. It was a beautiful, quiet area and a lovely place to return to for a much needed rest after a busy day!
Thank you Bryan for a wonderful stay .... next time we are in North Wales we will definitely be back for another stay
We stayed in the self catering cottage at the rear of the B&B. We were pleasantly surprised as the pictures do not do it justice. Everything we needed was provided for and Bryan was very helpful.
The little seating area for the cottage was a surprise, maybe a little fence around the perimeter would help make it look more cosy.
A lovely stay and we would definitely visit again.
