We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooftop infinity pool was stunning, offering beautiful views and the perfect place to relax after exploring Ubud. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection and excellent quality at every meal. What truly made this hotel special, however, was the incredible staff. Every single person was warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome and truly at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was outstanding. This has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable!

Check in was very poor had to wait until 5 pm for keys no offer of refreshments breakfast was not explained Our room was nothing like what was on the website the bathroom was very small with mould in the shower Room layout was very poor and no sea views from the bed The lifts were very small and very slow I had to wait up to 10 minutes a few times We were very disappointed in the hotel room and definitely not a4 star room The only bright thing was the staff and pool bar I would not recommend this hotel

The property was absolutely beautiful! The room we stayed in blew our minds! So spacious and modern amidst the backdrop of an ancient Balinese temple. The property has a pool, gym, restaurant, shop, and an impressive 4 floor museum! What made the stay 5 stars was the staff. They were all so pleasant and extremely helpful. Two particular staff members, Putra and Gusde, made us feel like family! We will never forget them! If you are planning a trip to Bali, stay here! You won’t regret it!
