It was the worst hotel I have seen, Many bugs in the bed, and small spiders in the air, in addition to mosquitos, it was not possible to open the door of the toilet after being closed from inside until a maintenance staff came to break the door lock late at night.

Very nice hotel Very nice and helpful staff Very clean Good shower Close to restaurant, 7/11, BigC. Intense traffic to Lotus and bigC so take a taxi don’t pay het taxidriver’s phone number and ask them to wait while you shop and pay when you are back at the hotel.

Close to BKK airport 200baht taxi ride including a tip. Large room, slightly softer than the usual Thai bed. Street food 30m and 7eleven just 50m. Carried my bags to the room, ensured air condition was on and working, called taxi for return to airport. Convenient for overnight

The toilet is blocked, the shower room water outlet is blocked. The blankets are dirty with cemen and the bed sheet, pillow cases are used. The staff cannot speak Thai or English. They must be a cheap foreign labour from neighbouring countries.

The balcony door was not possible to lock and the room was full of mosquitoes. After a room change the next rooms ac was broken. Overall the hotel is very worn out by now. I have stayed here many times but now it was nowhere close to acceptable. I will never come back! The service was very bad, as I asked the reception to fix the broken balcony door lock. A man came up and said that it couldn’t be fixed and it was okay! He claimed that there is no Spider-Man who would climb up to my room! He was careless and rude!
