The hotel is affordable and clean. There is no breakfast. The pool has odd hours. We checked in at 5:55 pm and wanted to go for a swim in the rooftop pool. When I called the front desk to ask if towels were provided at the pool, we learned that the pool was closed and it had closed at 6 pm. It seemed a strange time to close because sunset was at 6:30 pm and we had wanted to enjoy the sunset. We were told the pool reopened at 7 am. We went at 8 am for a dip and again found the pool closed - this time for cleaning. I’m not sore why the pool couldn’t have been cleaned between 6 pm and 7 am. Needless to say, we didn’t get a chance to go for a swim.

Disgusting and false advertising

May be an old condo converted into a hotel. Basic renovation and not maintained properly. Informed hotels.com about it after check in, told them my experience and they asked me to leave the hotel. I booked a 4 night stay but couldn’t bear staying in this disgusting “hotel” and quickly left without staying a single night. Hotels.com staff asked me to leave and will prepare the refund request. 3 days Ltr, informed me they can’t refund. I paid $421 for 4 nights and have not stayed even a single night.
No service staff cleaning the room before check in! Floor is full of black dirt and dust
Balcony can’t be opened, and it’s filthy
Online advertised with tv in front of bed, but it’s empty.
